What you will do

  • Develop persuasive outreach scripts and tailored messaging for targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct strategic cold calls to auto insurance medical (PIP) claims professionals.
  • Execute outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach initiatives using Sales Navigator.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and department leaders within the insurance and legal sectors.
  • Schedule high-level strategy calls between qualified prospects and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate outreach activity records and report performance metrics in CRM.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone skills.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation platforms.
  • High level of organization and strong follow-up discipline.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in auto insurance, PIP claims, SIU, medical review, or legal departments.
  • Established industry contacts from prior roles or projects.
  • Background in B2B sales, insurance services, or legal/claims environments.
