What you will do

• Provide expert technical guidance and support to assembly personnel on complex product lines.
• Perform high-reliability soldering, crimping, and assembly of circuit cards and wire harnesses.
• Conduct failure investigations and implement process improvements to ensure hardware integrity.
• Maintain formal work instructions and electronic historical records for production efficiency.
• Support equipment evaluation, including test fixtures, tools, and production flow systems.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies according to engineering drawings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant electronics assembly and testing experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must be a U.S. person (requires access to U.S. export-controlled information).
• Demonstrated proficiency in high-reliability soldering and electronic component repair.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, sketches, and manufacturing instructions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for documentation and data entry.

Nice to have

• Accredited technical degree in electronics or related field.
• Experience with conformal coating, epoxy, and staking processes.
