TL;DR

Regional Product Manager (Industrial Equipment): Owning the performance, profitability, and competitive positioning of non-OEM equipment and service portfolios within LC Refining, Screening & Cleaning. Focus on driving P&L growth, strategic sourcing, and technical-commercial leadership through deep engagement with manufacturing mills and customer facilities.

Location: Must be based in the United States and hold U.S. work authorization; position involves 75% travel, including to Canada.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end performance and profitability of the regional competitive equipment and service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop effective pricing, costing, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Perform value analysis and reverse engineering to develop innovative service and refurbishment alternatives.
  • Manage annual budgets, forecasting, and margin optimization for the product line.
  • Spend 75% of time in the field engaging with customers at mills and manufacturing facilities.
  • Drive R&D initiatives and portfolio improvements based on market trends and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • Direct experience with industrial equipment (Refining, Screening, Cleaning) or comparable mechanical processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing pricing, margins, budgets, and cost structures.
  • Strong commercial judgment and technical communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
