What you will do

• Engage with airlines, OEMs, and defense operators to gather requirements and validate AI-enabled product concepts.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, quality standards, and safety practices for mission-critical applications.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to define AI-native capabilities and scalable delivery approaches.
• Develop investment cases, financial models, and go-to-market strategies to prioritize AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or strategic roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software or industrial technology in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
• Experience developing and launching AI-enabled solutions like predictive maintenance or digital twins.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively with senior executives and leadership.
