What you will do

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned with product strategy and standards.
• Translate customer and business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Technical Product Definitions (TDPs).
• Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to resolve requirement-level questions and support development execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design to provide pricing inputs and ensure technical feasibility for bids and proposals.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including sustaining engineering, enhancements, and controlled end-of-life transitions.
• Validate requirements and product performance through direct engagement with customers and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Experience in requirements definition, backlog management, or execution within technical environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Irving, Texas (Hybrid).
• Ability to travel up to 20–25% for customer engagement and site visits.
• Strong ability to gather, structure, and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation, material handling, industrial equipment, or capital projects.
