What you will do

• Direct daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient repair and upkeep of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to align schedules and manage spare parts.
• Oversee repairs on rotating equipment like pumps, seals, and compressors.
• Manage maintenance backlog, work orders, and on-call emergency requirements.
• Analyze maintenance data and drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical college education preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and plant operations.
