Salary: $140,000–$183,750 ($280k–$370k OTE)

What you will do
- Own and execute full-cycle sales strategies targeting major banks and financial institutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and executive networking.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving treasury, compliance, risk, and technology departments.
- Partner with technical sales engineers to deliver compelling discovery and product demonstrations.
- Leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate deal cycles and expand market reach.
- Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and deliver consistently against annual quotas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex SaaS or institutional solutions into banks or highly regulated sectors.
- Deep understanding of financial services, specifically treasury, custody, payments, and capital markets.
- Proven hunter DNA with a track record of identifying and closing strategic accounts.
- Technical curiosity to learn and articulate infrastructure, security, and compliance capabilities.
- Ability to maintain momentum and navigate long, high-stakes sales cycles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
