TL;DR

Compensation: $250,000 (Base Salary $150,000 + commission).

What you will do

  • Manage and lead a team of territory managers and sales associates.
  • Implement sales programs and strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
  • Conduct field work alongside sales staff to coach and provide performance feedback.
  • Engage with key accounts to build and maintain professional medical relationships.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Handle all personnel activities including hiring, training, appraisal, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, or pharma.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must reside within the assigned region (Alabama).
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including some evenings and weekends.
