What you will do
- Manage and mentor Territory Managers and Sales Associates within the region.
- Implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed booked revenue and profit quotas.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach staff and reinforce product positioning strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key medical accounts and stakeholders.
- Analyze regional market trends and report findings to leadership.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance appraisals for the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, or pharma.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
