What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of freight orders including load building and tendering within the Transportation Management System.
• Optimize routing and consolidation strategies to improve cost-efficiency and transit times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and resolve potential service failures proactively.
• Handle carrier invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate financial documentation in the TMS.
• Train users on standard operating procedures and best practices for system workflows.
• Act as a primary intermediary between internal stakeholders and carriers to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Rogers, AR office.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of BI tools or Tableau.
