What you will do

• Receive and process shipment orders from customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers based on customer carrier routine guides.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Liaise with truckers to collect empty containers from depots, stuff at customer premises, and deliver laden containers to ports.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, letters of credit, and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipping documents for clearance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, export/import operations.
• Knowledge of freight booking, carrier management, and transportation coordination.
• Skills in preparing shipping documents, permits, and ensuring customs/trade compliance.
