TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role manages hiring across the EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Define and execute regional talent acquisition strategy in alignment with EMEA leadership.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of approximately 30 strategic roles annually, primarily within Go-To-Market functions.
  • Navigate diverse international hiring landscapes, including established legal entities and PEO structures across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning, headcount budgeting, and long-term scaling initiatives.
  • Act as a power user of the ATS and integrate AI-based sourcing and screening tools to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent hiring standards while maintaining regional focus.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in GTM recruiting across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Post-Sales.
  • Proven ability to navigate legal entities and PEO models within the EMEA region.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with experience in headcount planning and budget management.
  • High proficiency in ATS management and data-driven recruiting practices.
  • Deep interest in or experience with AI-powered recruiting tools to improve pipeline hygiene and time-to-hire.
