What you will do
- Define and execute regional talent acquisition strategy in alignment with EMEA leadership.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of approximately 30 strategic roles annually, primarily within Go-To-Market functions.
- Navigate diverse international hiring landscapes, including established legal entities and PEO structures across Europe and the Middle East.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning, headcount budgeting, and long-term scaling initiatives.
- Act as a power user of the ATS and integrate AI-based sourcing and screening tools to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent hiring standards while maintaining regional focus.
Requirements
- 15+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Deep expertise in GTM recruiting across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Post-Sales.
- Proven ability to navigate legal entities and PEO models within the EMEA region.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with experience in headcount planning and budget management.
- High proficiency in ATS management and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Deep interest in or experience with AI-powered recruiting tools to improve pipeline hygiene and time-to-hire.
