TL;DR

Head of Talent Acquisition (Medtech): Building and scaling a high-performing international TA function with an accent on implementing structured hiring processes, data-driven strategies, and strong employer branding. Focus on delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment while shaping the TA roadmap to support the company's growth as a European leader in medication management.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to work from Finland (Helsinki or Salo) or the Netherlands (Zoetermeer). Valid EU work authorization required.

What you will do

  • Shape and implement a scalable, multi-country TA strategy that balances structure with human-centric practices.
  • Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across international markets.
  • Establish meaningful TA metrics to guide hiring decisions and track functional success.
  • Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with business growth and ROI.
  • Build and strengthen the employer brand in collaboration with Marketing and People & Culture teams.
  • Introduce modern recruitment practices, including structured assessments and AI-assisted sourcing tools.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth international environment.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on operational recruitment with strategic team building.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing and building high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Fluent in English; Nordic languages or Dutch are considered a strong plus.
  • Must possess valid EU work authorization and be eligible to work in the designated office locations.
  • Confident in using data and structured systems to present hiring decisions to leadership.
