What you will do
- Shape and implement a scalable, multi-country TA strategy that balances structure with human-centric practices.
- Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across international markets.
- Establish meaningful TA metrics to guide hiring decisions and track functional success.
- Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with business growth and ROI.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand in collaboration with Marketing and People & Culture teams.
- Introduce modern recruitment practices, including structured assessments and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth international environment.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on operational recruitment with strategic team building.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and building high-quality talent pipelines.
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages or Dutch are considered a strong plus.
- Must possess valid EU work authorization and be eligible to work in the designated office locations.
- Confident in using data and structured systems to present hiring decisions to leadership.
