What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for global engineering and technical roles across multiple seniority levels.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to serve as a strategic talent advisor.
• Manage and improve ATS workflows, pipeline metrics, and overall hiring process efficiency.
• Develop engineering event strategies to increase brand awareness and talent pipeline engagement.
• Maintain high database hygiene and provide regular reporting on recruitment performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and negotiate complex offers with elite technical talent.
• Strong presence in the local tech talent community with deep market insights.
• Experience managing ATS workflows (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to flex across global timezones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
