What you will do
- Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for vacancies across various levels and skill sets in the EMEA region.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs and educate them on recruitment processes and timelines.
- Source and attract top industry talent using direct recruitment tools and methodologies.
- Spearhead the evolution of recruitment processes, incorporating AI-led recruiting and effective EVP strategies.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and empathetic candidate journey and brand engagement.
- Maintain clear reporting on talent pipelines and regional hiring activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Must have experience recruiting in multiple European markets.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong attention to detail under pressure.
- Demonstrated passion for proactive candidate sourcing and building effective talent pipelines.
- Must be a team player with a self-starter mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setup in Warsaw.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working within a marketing or creative agency.
- Specific recruitment experience in the Netherlands, France, or Germany.
