Focus on building robust pipelines of passive candidates and shaping the growth of an AI industry leader within the UK and EMEA markets.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid schedule

hirify.global is an enterprise generative AI platform enabling companies to build and deploy custom AI agents grounded in their own data.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across the UK and EMEA regions.
  • Partner with sales and executive leadership to define hiring strategies and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Source high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, and modern talent discovery tools.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a representative go-to-market organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to align on role design and competitive offers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of focused experience specifically in go-to-market and sales roles.
  • Proven record of sourcing and closing enterprise account executives and solutions engineers.
  • Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape, including compensation strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • High agency and adaptability to work autonomously in a scaling startup environment.
