What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from a range of channels and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and optimise the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
• Work on projects outside day-to-day hiring, including enhancing employer branding and developing AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements

• Talent acquisition experience within an agency (embedded model) or in-house within a high-growth environment.
• Comfortable using data to inform hiring decisions, ideally within Ashby.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment practices with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Curious about AI and how it can assist decision-making in a modern recruitment organisation.
