What you will do

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse roles across technology and business operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define organizational needs, search strategies, and assessment processes.
• Identify and evaluate talent through unconventional sourcing and branding approaches.
• Enhance employer branding and outreach efforts.
• Streamline and systematize the recruiting team's workflow and processes.
• Manage external recruiting agency relationships and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree from a strong academic program.
• Proven history of launching effective branding and sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical mind with the ability to synthesize perspectives and identify trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated meticulousness, tenacity, and integrity in organizational management.
