What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff-level and leadership roles, navigating complex negotiations and competitive counter-offers.
• Architect and execute advanced passive sourcing strategies for niche technical talent, including roles in browser engines and AI.
• Serve as a primary talent advisor to VPs and Directors to influence multi-quarter hiring plans and organizational design.
• Lead continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, ensuring consistent candidate evaluation and leveling.
• Develop long-term succession planning by identifying and engaging talent for critical future roles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Extensive full-cycle technical recruitment experience in high-growth or open-source environments.
• Expertise in proprietary talent mapping and advanced negotiation tactics.
• Proven ability to lead calibration sessions using job-level expectations.
• Strong consultative approach to working with senior leadership.
