What you will do
- Partner with the Strategic Director to develop and refine ABM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, and brand departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform targeting strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using data analysis and KPIs.
- Provide guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and high-impact environment.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, specifically in strategic or account-based marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to design and launch complex, personalized ABM campaigns.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

- Experience working in healthcare marketing or with healthcare organizations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles and pipeline acceleration.
