What you will do

  • Partner with the Strategic Director to develop and refine ABM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, and brand departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using data analysis and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, specifically in strategic or account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and launch complex, personalized ABM campaigns.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in healthcare marketing or with healthcare organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales cycles and pipeline acceleration.
