What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy for the cancer screening blood test portfolio to ensure effective resonance with providers and patients.
• Develop and optimize core value propositions and messaging based on customer insights and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to align on patient experience and product introductions.
• Create high-impact sales enablement resources and manage external agency partners for campaign delivery.
• Drive customer insights through KOL engagement and advisory board meetings to inform growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data and competitive landscape to refine marketing approaches and product positioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in an analytical, technical, or scientific field.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience marketing to providers and patients, particularly in preventative health or oncology.
• Deep understanding of diagnostic laboratory-developed products and the Med-Legal-Regulatory review process.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex machine learning and clinical concepts.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Brisbane, California.

• Experience in marketing cancer screening or primary care products.
