TL;DR

Marketing Account Strategist (MedTech): Developing and executing high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for health systems with an accent on personalized multi-channel campaigns and sales alignment. Focus on driving account engagement, accelerating revenue growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: 3 days in office/week)

hirify.global is a healthcare technology company building a platform for clinical workflow orchestration and optimization using AI, real-time location data, and EHR integration.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with account goals and challenges.
  • Create multi-channel personalized campaigns including email, ads, events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with content and digital teams to produce targeted messaging and assets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using Salesforce and 6sense to optimize ROI.
  • Plan and manage high-touch account-specific events and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on ABM.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ABM tools and platforms such as Salesforce and 6sense.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, product, and marketing functions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
