What you will do
- Lead and deliver regional marketing strategies and tactics aligned to public safety growth objectives.
- Act as the primary marketing partner to territory managers, supporting distributor-led sales models.
- Build, influence, and manage marketing collaboration with distribution partners to ensure consistency and impact.
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate the development and localization of marketing assets, including sales tools and digital content.
- Manage regional marketing activity for tradeshows, congresses, and events while tracking performance and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Must be based in the UK.
- 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B, medical devices, or technology-led environments.
- Proven track record working with indirect sales models and distribution partners.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and demand-driven marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in CRM systems and analytics.
