What you will do

  • Develop and manage a territory of enterprise customers, focusing on account growth, retention, and the land-and-expand strategy.
  • Act as a consultative partner, aligning AI-driven analytics capabilities with specific business goals and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize engagements, identify adoption gaps, and manage complex renewals.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, professional services, and product teams to execute coordinated account strategies.
  • Deliver impactful business reviews and enablement sessions using data-informed narratives.
  • Experiment with emerging AI technologies, including autonomous agents and predictive analytics, to enhance customer value.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing complex enterprise account lifecycles.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics in customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to navigate technical and business stakeholder layers.
  • Must be based in the United States to be eligible for this position.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in integrating AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and quality.
