What you will do

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing within a dedicated territory.
• Engage enterprise prospects to understand their business needs and demonstrate how hirify.global provides a competitive advantage.
• Develop a vision match with stakeholders to build alignment and cultivate internal champions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering teams.
• Travel 30–50% for customer meetings and industry engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in software field sales
• Demonstrable success in selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises
• Strong background in data, analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence
• Customer-centric selling philosophy with a consultative approach
