TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Managing the full sales cycle for frontier-scale reinforcement learning infrastructure and compute services with an accent on technical scoping and high-value enterprise partnerships. Focus on navigating complex sales cycles with technical buyers in the AI and ML research landscape.

Location: Flexible (Remote or San Francisco). Visa sponsorship and relocation support provided for San Francisco office.

Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 + equity incentives.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing high-value contracts.
  • Articulate the value of compute, RL infrastructure, and post-training services to technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Solutions and TAMs to ensure successful pilot onboarding and implementation.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and rigorous pipeline management.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and cultivate multi-year enterprise engagements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of GTM strategy, messaging, and sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of enterprise sales experience in dev tools, cloud, infrastructure, or AI.
  • Proven track record of closing $50k to $300k+ ACV deals.
  • Technical fluency regarding GPUs, compute, ML development, and RL post-training.
  • Strong outbound instincts targeting AI labs and ML engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling ML infrastructure or training platforms.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, model customization, or agentic AI.
  • Established network within the AI/ML ecosystem.
  • Previous experience scaling sales processes in early-stage startups.
