What you will do

  • Own a geographic territory, building and executing data-driven strategies to engage new health systems and provider groups.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outbound prospecting to complex contract negotiations and closing.
  • Expand existing enterprise accounts by identifying new use cases and deepening relationships with executive decision-makers.
  • Build credibility with C-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, and COOs, through consultative and insight-led selling.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene using Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences to generate strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in California, Arizona, or Nevada.
  • 5+ years of success in complex B2B sales, specifically within healthcare SaaS, data infrastructure, or predictive analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in territory management and self-directed outbound prospecting.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and forecasting accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gong or 6sense platforms.
  • Deep existing networks within clinical or operational leadership in US health systems.
