What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap from 0 to 1, focusing on AI agent-driven workflows for claims and premium auditing.
• Work directly with founders, engineers, and enterprise customers to translate complex industry pain points into shippable product specs.
• Model industry ontologies and integrate with existing carrier systems and standard operating procedures.
• Own the product strategy and feature prioritization while maintaining close alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product design and engineering to ensure security, compliance (SOC2), and data partitioning requirements are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience solving open-ended problems in early-stage (0 to 1) startup environments.
• Ability to identify critical customer problems and implement solutions with little to no supervision.
• Strong background in technical product management, including backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements relevant to insurance.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing users and SMEs to document requirements.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in P&C insurance claims or claims auditing.
• Comfortable working with large unstructured data files including documents, notes, and media.
