Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Prospect and engage HR and People leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals tailored to the Italian market.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Support Customer Success activities during the initial phase to ensure early client satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
- Native or fluent Italian proficiency.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Consultative selling skills and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with the Italian HR or employee benefits ecosystem.
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
