Client Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth for a corporate mental health platform in the Italian market with an accent on prospecting, building relationships with HR leaders, and managing the full sales cycle. Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Prospect and engage HR and People leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals tailored to the Italian market.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Support Customer Success activities during the initial phase to ensure early client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Native or fluent Italian proficiency.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Consultative selling skills and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Italian HR or employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
