Location: Hybrid in Rome, Italy (remote with occasional on-site activities in the Rome area). Must be based in Rome.

Salary: €500/month reimbursement.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Client Advisor in managing client and prospect relationships in the Rome area.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely task delivery.
• Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Contribute to lead-generation workflows and maintain updated CRM activities (HubSpot).
• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and external use.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English required (German is a plus).
• Must be based in Rome to support on-site activities.
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay organised under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
