What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmap for Distributed Ledger Repo initiatives.
• Translate complex market needs and business requirements into actionable product features.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, sales, and service delivery teams.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to prioritize product investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute integrated go-to-market plans.
• Provide expert guidance on solution design and technical domain requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of financial industry experience in product sales, management, or strategy.
• Deep awareness of global capital markets, trading, and settlement operations.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

• Previous experience with distributed ledger/blockchain technology.
