TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $110,000 – $165,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

  • Define product requirements for payment rails, data aggregators, and payment processor integrations.
  • Partner with engineering to build and scale reliable systems for deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement.
  • Reduce transaction failures, latency, and operational overhead through prioritized product improvements.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment infrastructure meets regulatory standards.
  • Monitor transaction success rates and processing times to guide data-driven product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Menlo Park, CA office with 3 days of in-person attendance per week
  • Demonstrated ability to use research, experimentation, and product analytics in decision-making
  • Familiarity with payment systems such as ACH, wires, or card networks
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering, legal, and operations teams
