What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and research to improve product discoverability and user engagement.
  • Develop and execute a product growth vision to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SEO consultants to enhance organic visibility and search performance.
  • Build and optimize experiences for emerging LLM-driven discovery channels and AI answer engines.
  • Design and implement data-driven experiments to own and drive key growth metrics.
  • Ship high-impact features that help users discover and utilize financial tools effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience in consumer-facing products.
  • Prior experience specifically in a growth product management role.
  • Proficiency in utilizing research, product analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions.
  • Ability to balance immediate problem-solving with high-level company strategy.
  • Passion for financial services and democratizing financial access.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with 3 days per week in-office attendance.
