What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision for Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) tokenization initiatives.
• Translate complex market and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to final launch.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on strategic value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data sets to support process development and design decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Newark, NJ
• 6+ years of experience in product management, sales, or operations within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system-level requirements and review technical design documents.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing processes, or settlement infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing and internal leadership interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working with distributed ledger technology, blockchain, or digital/crypto assets.
• Deep domain expertise in capital markets settlement.
