Senior Product Manager, Security AI (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bellevue, WA (3 days per week in-office)

Salary: $129,000 - $195,000 USD (Base pay range dependent on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for secure AI platform capabilities, including model governance and access controls.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to integrate regulatory requirements into platform controls.
• Establish measurable health metrics for AI systems, such as drift detection and model performance.
• Guide internal teams through secure AI adoption via structured intake and risk review processes.
• Define requirements for adversarial testing, red-teaming, and explainability reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in building and launching high-quality consumer products.
• Proven background in defining and developing AI-powered products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Decision-making capability based on product analytics and research.
• Must be able to work from the Bellevue, WA office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech or consumer AI products.
• Exposure to LLMs, recommender systems, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with agentic AI products.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms for ML systems.
