What you will do

• Provide first-level technical support for sales applications including Salesforce, CPQ, and Docusign.
• Maintain data accuracy through mass updates, record consolidation, and database management.
• Assist with sales commission data and testing new compensation plan rules.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful user adoption across the organization.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify bugs and process failures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and implement system optimizations.

Requirements

• College degree or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in analysis or technical documentation.
• Understanding of CRM software concepts and systems like Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
