Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) (Remote)

Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute Salesforce.com and Professional Services Automation (PSA) / FinancialForce projects and enhancements.
• Provide analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.
• Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: SOX reporting, process definition, requirements gathering and backlog management, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
• Create and maintain project, application and architectural design, and process documents.
• Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of data across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 3 years of Salesforce and FinancialForce (or related) experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
• Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) and FinancialForce/Certinia certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system and best-practices.
