Salary: $30.00–$36.00 Hourly ($62,400–$74,880 annually)

What you will do

  • Assemble high-reliability box builds and final assemblies using chassis, circuit cards, and wire harnesses.
  • Perform complex soldering and crimping operations for electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies.
  • Conduct disassembly, reassembly, and repair of electro-mechanical assemblies and circuit boards.
  • Execute inspections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks to ensure quality.
  • Maintain traceability of hardware and materials per company specifications.
  • Establish setups for performance tests, including the use of fixtures, tooling, and temperature chambers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related technical experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and apply complex verbal, written, and computer work instructions.
  • Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical instruments for assembly and inspection.
  • Experience with epoxy, staking, and conformal coating processes.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Elma, New York.
  • Position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
