What you will do

  • Act as a strategic consultant for sales leaders to identify enablement opportunities using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Design and execute tailored enablement programs to empower SDRs and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes in collaboration with the Learning Design Experience team.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, training sessions, and weekly updates for the GTM organization.
  • Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of curriculums, proposing adjustments based on performance data.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitor products and company strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer value, sales enablement, or direct sales, with at least 2 years in a strategic BP role.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and complex sales environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LMS, and enablement platforms like Highspot, Salesloft, or Gong.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
