What you will do

• Design and deliver multimedia training content, including instructional videos and practical guides, to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce CRM and various sales engagement tools.
• Analyze tool adoption and identify performance gaps to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with the Product Management team to ensure enablement activities align with the scope of system initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and the GTM organization, translating complex features into clear content for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enablement projects from ideation to completion using Jira.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Technical Training.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
• Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong) and Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and data analysis platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required; French is considered an asset.
