What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast, and performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing SMB accounts and navigating the full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • All persons hired will be required to verify identity, minimum age of 18, eligibility to work in the United States (without sponsorship), and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc)
  • Ability to analyze account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
