What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated benefits point of contact for Middle Market clients.
• Analyze, research, and resolve complex benefit issues to maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with benefit laws including ERISA, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Deliver benefit education sessions to worksite employees in both virtual and in-person formats.
• Lead benefit-related projects and serve as a mentor or Subject Matter Expert for the team.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to facilitate timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare claims and benefit administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer service or HR onboarding (or 2+ years of PEO/hirify.global experience).
• Strong ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be based in the Coppell, Texas area.
