What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US benefits eligibility, enrollments, and life events to ensure timely support.
  • Administer comprehensive benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data within Workday and partner with Payroll to resolve deduction and vendor file issues.
  • Lead annual open enrollment planning, execution, communications, and employee education sessions.
  • Manage US benefits compliance and reporting, including ERISA, SPDs, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements.
  • Coordinate with regional People teams and vendors to support non-US benefits programs and shared processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in US benefits administration, operations, or total rewards.
  • Experience with Workday is required.
  • Deep understanding of benefit plan fundamentals, including eligibility, deductions, and claims processes.
  • Knowledge of US benefits regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Philadelphia, PA, or Austin, TX.
