Senior Solutions Engineer (Monitoring): Acting as a customer-facing product expert to drive technical engagement and sales success for the Grafana LGTM stack with an accent on architectural strategy and technical demonstrations. Focus on translating customer requirements into scalable observability solutions and partnering with sales teams to close complex enterprise opportunities.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Salary: £111,500–£134,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to articulate the value proposition and strategy of Grafana products to customers.
  • Lead technical engagements to close complex opportunities through expert knowledge and credibility.
  • Deliver high-impact product and technical presentations to prospects and existing users.
  • Communicate customer needs and competitive landscape insights to internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Create technical enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, and demonstration assets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with remote-first teams.
  • Technical mindset with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, innovation-driven environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in Open Source technologies or monitoring and metrics space.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
