Salary: $140,800 – $176,000

What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to refine customer onboarding operations.
• Guide customers through initial journey points, delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Iterate and improve strategies and automations to streamline workflows and tooling.
• Contribute to the team knowledge base by finding solutions to common situations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers during onboarding and migration.
• Maintain target metrics related to provisioning, onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• Experience working with external customers and internal sales, support, and success teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Desire to learn about cutting-edge technologies.
