What you will do

  • Own the enterprise product and performance marketing strategy to support business development goals.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across branding, content, digital, and demand generation.
  • Translate corporate and product strategy into scalable, measurable go-to-market execution.
  • Define and drive brand architecture, visual identity, and messaging frameworks for defense and commercial markets.
  • Manage marketing technology stack solutions to enable data-driven performance tracking and clear ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with ITAR, DFARS, FAR, and other government regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience including at least 5 years in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. DoD, IC, and federal acquisition lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of building demand generation programs in high-compliance environments.
  • Expertise in martech and marketing operations for measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within the defense industry ecosystem.
  • Experience with government procurement portals such as SAM.gov and GSA schedules.
  • Background in supporting large-scale capture and proposal development efforts.
