What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests in the New York office and globally.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and video conferencing systems.
- Manage the device fleet, including laptop shipments for the USA region.
- Maintain in-office networking, Wi-Fi, and AV infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Document IT procedures, SOPs, and maintain system security compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience administering Mac, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Strong knowledge of MDM solutions and Okta workflows.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with Python scripting, cloud platforms, and security standards like SOC2/ISO27001.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York office.
