Salary: $120,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environment.
• Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability).
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science from a top 20 university.
• Advanced in SQL and Python.
• Experience driving results as an individual contributor and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture.
• Ability to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
