What you will do
- Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape strategic initiatives with user insights.
- Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions.
- Coach Designers on research best practices to enable scalable research across the organization.
- Identify gaps in research operations and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation.
- Champion a culture of learning to ensure the team stays close to customer needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Research.
- Experience working in B2C or marketplace environments.
- Must be based in the US or Europe.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill insights and influence decision-making.
- Experience coaching or mentoring cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle ambiguous problem spaces.
