Strategic Procurement Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Focus on analyzing pricing trends, managing RFQ events, and maintaining procurement dashboards to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office). Must be based in Alpharetta (GA), Mountain View (CA), Arlington (VA), or Houston (TX). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Collect and organize supplier pricing, lead times, and capability data to support intelligence activities.
• Analyze pricing trends and cost drivers to enable informed procurement decisions.
• Manage RFQ and sourcing event support by consolidating and comparing supplier bids.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and pipeline reports for spend tracking and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Demand Planning to align sourcing with project execution.
• Document procurement processes, SOP updates, and assist with supplier onboarding and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong experience with Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
